Shipping and return policies for Auspice NOW

Return Policy
If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please contact Customer Service within 30 days. We will gladly replace the merchandise without additional charge or provide you with a full refund.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, the merchandise is unopened, and it is within 30 days of order receipt we will happily exchange it for you or accept return for a full refund. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You will be responsible for all costs associated with return shipment. All refunds will be charged a 10% restocking fee. No COD returns will be accepted. Please note that processing returns and refunds may take up to 30 days.

Contact us at auspicenow@gmail.com for a return authorization number (RA#). An RA# is required for ALL returns.
Write the RA# on the enclosed pre-addressed label. NOTE: you must purchase postage as it is NOT included with the return label.
Enclose the merchandise and return form received with your order in a sturdy package.
Affix the return label to the package and send using a guaranteed method of shipment.
